Wanda was born Sept. 26, 1965 in Petersburg, Virginia. She was employed as an LPN and Administrative Assistant at Gray Health and Rehabilitation. Wanda was also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Wanda graduated from Matoaca High School in Chesterfield County, Virginia and Central Georgia Technical College in Bibb County, Georgia.
