Mrs. Lilias Juanita Grace Kent, last surviving child of William R. Grace, former May of New York and founderof W. R. Grace & co. and the Grace Lines, died yesterday at her home Jericho House, in Jericho L.I.
Mrs, Kent a native New Yorker, was 80 and the widow of George E. Kent, a lawyer who died a month ago.
Her father was mayor in 1881-1882 and 1885-1886.
Surviving are a son George E. Kent jr. two daughters Mrs. C. Merrill Chapin Jr and Mrs. Frederick R. Moseley jr. nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren
