Sharon was born September 12, 1952 in Hampton, S.C. to Paul J. and Lytle (Spear) Crapse. In 1968 in Port Royal, S.C. she married Ronald L. Wilson, Sr. who predeceased her on July 6, 1996. She was also predeceased by a son Randy Wilson in 2003 and two brothers Paul and Charles Crapse.
Sharon was an office manager for Dr. Sampath K. Neerukonda in Hornell for several years and had also worked as a C.N.A. (Certified Nurse's Assistant) at St. James Mercy Hospital in Hornell. She was a devoted and active member of the Free Methodist Church in Hornell and was very active in Little League when her boys were younger growing up in Hornell.
Sharon was a very outgoing and pleasant individual. She enjoyed the company of her grandchildren, family and friends and her door was always open to all of her son's friends who affectionately referred to her as "Ma Wilson".
Sharon is survived by two sons, Ronald L. Wilson of Hornell, Roshawn (Chelsea) Wilson of Leroy, daughter-in-law Amy Wilson of Hornell, two grandsons, Randy and Dustin Wilson, two granddaughters, Sarah Jane and Riley Wilson and one great-grandson Blake Sleight and long-time companion, Thomas Clark of Alfred Station.
