He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence R. and Colleen M. (Hattabaugh) Philpott of Salem and a brother, Eric Philpott, also of Salem.
Visitation: 4 to 8 pm Wednesday and 9 am until the time of the service on Thursday at Dawalt Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 11:00 am Thursday at Dawalt Funeral Home with George Browning officiating and committal and interment following the service at Crown Hill Cemetery in Salem.
