Deborah Jean "Debbie" Haynes Clark died March 7, 2018, at North Mississippi Medical Center after an extended illness. She was born on October 21, 1954, in Hazlehurst, Georgia to Billizean Fisher and Huey Haynes, Sr. Debbie was a cheerful homemaker and loved her home and community of Peaceful Valley. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed the outdoors, delighting in flowers and all things beautiful to make her home a happy place. She was creative and enjoyed arts and crafts. She loved animals and her cat, Stretch. Debbie's greatest gifts were her kind, loving spirit and compassion. Everyone who knew her felt her sincere love and sweet soul. She cherished her family and friendships. Debbie was preceded in death by her parents; her father and mother-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Clark; her grandparents Marvin and Jeffie Haynes, Myrtis Haynes, Mr. and Mrs. William Fisher; sister-in-law Shelia Clark Singleton; and brother-in-law Bobby Senter. She is survived by her husband, Wayne Clark; daughter Chasity Leigh Bell Dees (Michael); granddaughter Alyssa Leigh Dees; sisters Lucia Haynes Randle and Belinda Haynes McKinion (Scott); brother Wayne Haynes; aunt Frances Fisher Whitehead (Ray); uncle Holt Fisher (Candace); sisters-in-law Dianne Clark Blake (Bill) and June Clark Senter; and many nieces and nephews who loved their Aunt Debbie dearly. A memorial service to celebrate Debbie's life will be held Saturday, March 10 at 2 p.m. at McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until service time.
