Berlin, Timothy L. "Timmy" 51, of Wichita, KS, passed away Wednesday, May 02, 2012. He was born October 19, 1960 to Dorothy and Jerry Berlin in Wichita, Kansas. He is preceded in death by his dad, Jerry Berlin; and daughter, Kristi Berlin. Tim is survived by his loving wife Donna Berlin; children, Kadie and Kelsey Berlin, Luke Goetz; mother, Dorothy Berlin; brother, Jesse Berlin; sister Terri Farhring. Tim was always there as a Christian mentor for young people to make good choices and lead a faith based life. He was passionate about fishing, boxing and sports. Tim always enjoyed watching his girls play elite softball. He was known as quite a "prankster", was extremely artistic and creative. He fully enjoyed life, family and friends. Memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, May 12, 2012, with a reception to follow at Westside Christian Church 1819 W. Douglas. Memorial contributions may be made for Childrens College fund c/o Lakeview Funeral Home 12100 E. 13th Street Wichita, KS. 67206. Funds payable to Donna Berlin.
