Edith was the wife of William J. Linkul. From their marriage came three daughters. She suffered a number of miscarriages over a span of several years prior to the birth of their youngest daughter.

Edith and her family were parishioners of Holy Family Catholic Church, where she was very active, including the St. Vincent de Paul Society.

Edith was the definition of elegance and grace, even while battling breast cancer. Edith was active in her church, including the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
