Alice Lorraine Bishop was born in Muddy, Illinois, the daughter of Stella and Herman Bishop. On July 30, 1965, she married Victor Ivanuski, in Chicago. Coming from Chicago, she had lived in Walkerton since 1983. Alice had been employed in secretarial and accounting work before retiring.

Alice Bishop Ivanuski passed away at St. Joseph's Medical Center of Marshall County. Besides her husband, she left her sister, Audrey Lambertsen, of Flossmoor, and brother, Herman Bishop of Columbus, Ohio.
