Lebanon-William H. Tucker, 75, Rt. 3 Box 401, Lebanon, died Saturday evening at Lebanon Community Hospital after an extended illness.

He was born May 30, 1892, at Lacomb and had lived his life in Oregon. He had moved back to the Lebanon area in 1945. He was a retired farmer and lumberman and a Veteran of War World I.

He was married to Ava E. Coates January 1, 1923, in Stockton, Calif. She survives.

In addition, surviving are five sons, Robert of Longview, Wash., Glenn of Petaluma, Calif., Donald and William Jr., both of Lebanon, and Merl of Beaumont, Calif.; four daughters, Mrs. Mildred Livesly of Bend, Mrs. Junanita Peterson of Depoe Bay, Mrs. Rose Grove of Lebanon and Mrs. Barbara Smith of Coos Bay; five step-children, John, Lewis and Raymond, all of Lebanon, and Lawrence and Lucille of Portland; one brother, Thruman of Riverside, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Lora Lindsey of Albany; 47 grandchildren, and 33 great-grandchildren. One son, Richard, and a daughter, Irene, preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at Huston Funeral Home with the Rev. Dan Burris officiating. Burial will follow at the Providence Cemetery, near Scio.
