William E. Thomas, age 85, of Falls Church, Virginia passed away April 16, 2014. He was born on January 10, 1929 in Alexandria, Virginia to Albert and Helen Thomas. He is survived by [living relatives named]. He is preceded in death by brothers Paul Thomas and Albert Roy Thomas.
William was a volunteer at Alexandria Fire Department Co. 3 and then Jefferson Fire Department Co. 18 in Fairfax County, for 30 years.
Visitation will be held Monday, April 21 from 12 – 2 PM, with service at 2 PM, at Murphy Funeral Home, 1102 West Broad Street, Falls Church, VA. Burial immediately following the service at National Memorial Park.
