Clifford Abner, age 78, of Carlisle, Ohio, died Wednesday July 4, 2018 at Sycamore Medical Center. He was born in Miamisburg, Ohio on April 30, 1940 to Ruffie and Dorothy (Carrier) Abner. Clifford was a mechanic his whole life and enjoyed cars, wood working, deer hunting, cutting wood and just being outdoors. He was employed with Miami Foundry for 17 years and retired in 1985.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ruffie Abner, mother, Dorothy Abner, and son, Clifford H. Abner. Clifford is survived by his wife Lucy (Jones) Abner; son, Dennis (Michelle) Abner; daughter, Lisa Barr; brother, Jimmy Abner; nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio with Pastor Jim Abner officiating. Burial in Highland Cemetery.
