CLOVER, S.C. — James E. Webb, 84, went to be with the Lord, April 19, 2007, at Brian Center Health & Rehab., Gastonia He was born Oct. 3, 1922 in Gastonia, son of the late Albert and Florence Arrowood Webb. He was a deacon and musician in church. He served with the U.S. Army during World War II. He was also a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. SURVIVORS: Wife, Inez Dean Webb of the home; daughters and sons-in-law, Doris Webb of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Judy and James Scruggs of Gastonia, Jackie and Bob Cocker, of Dallas; sister, Maxine Hefner, of Dallas; and special nephew, Kenneth Webb of Kings Mountain; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and six great-greatgrandchildren
