MRS. EDITH R. BEVILACQUA, 54, of Avonmore R. D. 1, died Sunday, Sept. 22, 1968, at Latrobe Area Hospital, after a lingering illness. A daughter of Massamino [Michael] and Colombina Dusi [Busi], she was born May 12, 1914, in Kiski Twp., Westmoreland County. Mrs. Bevilacqua was a member member of the Fannie Sellens Lodge and the St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, both in Avonmore. Avonmore. She is survived by her husband: husband: John L. Bevilacqua; one son: John R.; her father: Joseph Joseph Serventi, all of Avonmore R. D. 1; two brothers and six sisters: Leno Dusi of California; John Dusi, Mary Dusi, Mrs. Frank (Anna) DeSimone, Mrs Herman (Fay) Bevilacqua and Mrs. Reno (Gemma) Barberi, all of Avonmore; Mrs. Alice Abbott, New Jersey, and Mrs. Lena Durham of Washington, D.C. Friends are being received at the Yockey and Yockey Funeral Home in Avonmore. A Wake Service will be conducted conducted at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, (tonight), and a Mass will be sung Thursday at 10 a.m. in St. Ambrose Church with Rev. Fr. Francis A. DeAndrea as celebrant. celebrant. Interment will be in Westview Cemetery in Avonmore.
