Richard L. Bevilacqua, 81, of 506 Cambria Ave., Avonmore, died Saturday, Saturday, Aug. 10, 1996 in Forbes Regional Hospital, Monroeville, where he had been a patient since Aug. 6. Born September 20, 1914, in Kiski Township, he was the son of Primo and Emilia Baccarini Bevilacqua. He had lived in the Avonmore area his entire life. He was a member of St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Avonmore; Italian Club, Avonmore and Blairsville. He had been employed by Canterbury Canterbury Coal Company, Maysville and Reynolds Manufacturing Company. Avonmore before retiring in 1973. Surviving are his wife of 55 years, Faye A. Busi Beviiacqua; a daughter, Janet, Avonmore; a brother, Herman, Bell Township; a sister, Irene Vitali, Avonmore. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, John L., and two sisters, Louise Busi and Jennie Pesci. Friends will be received Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Curran- Shaffer Funeral Home, Apollo. Funeral Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Avonmore with the Father William Homolak. Interment will be in Westview Cemetery, Avonmore. Avonmore. Memorial contributions may be made to Vandergrift Visiting Nurses. Nurses. 170 Lincoln St., N. Vandergrift, Pa. 15690.
