'DEATH OF MISS H. MONTALBA'
The death is announced, at Venice, on the 14th inst. of Miss Henrietta Montalba, the youngest of four gifted sisters, of whom Miss Clara Montalba, the excellent water-colour artist, is probably best known to the English public. Like her sisters, Miss Henrietta Montalba was an artist, but her talents were devoted far less to painting than to sculpture. Many good portrait busts came from her studio, and her full-length figure of a Venetian boy was exhibited in this year's Academy.
