He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Terry Arnett; four children, Crista Kempisty and Mickie (Angie) Arnett both of Temecula, CA, Amanda (Wayne) Childers of Huber Heights and Heather Foust of Miamisburg; seven grandchildren, Alanna and Devin Kempisty, Katie and Ashton Arnett, Natalie Coffey, Tyler and Audrey Childers; two sisters, two brothers; as well as numerous other family members
