Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Spearman Church of Christ with Frank Pittman officiating. Burial will be in Hansford Cemetery by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Spearman.
Mr. Adams was born Feb. 15, 1955, in Clinton, Okla. He married Mary Sue Thompson on June 12, 1998. He had been married to Susan Cochran. He later married Julie Ann Sanders, who died in December 1997.
He was engaged in farming and ranching in Hansford County and had been employed by West Texas Gas Co. He was baptized in Wesley United Methodist Church in Amarillo.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Sue Adams; three daughters, Melanie Dawn Adams of Arlington and Brooke Suzanne Wilkes and Amanda Michele Cassady and husband Keith, all of Spearman; a son, Ricky of Spearman; his mother, Nova Adams of Amarillo; his father George Adams and wife Sandy of Austin; three grandsons, Seth Simmons, Cole Wilkes and Blaine Staggs; a brother, Scott Adams of Amarillo; a sister, Nancy Dudley and husband Scott; a brother-in-law, Pat Glenn of Wellington; a sister-in-law, Judy Glenn of Amarillo; and numerous friends.
