The following was provided by SigEp Patriots Project:
William graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology where he was a member of the Class of 1943, and a brother of the Georgia Alpha chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon (SigEp) Fraternity.∼Graduated from Ga Tech in 1943 with a degree in ceramic engineering. Served in the Navy during WWII later receiving a Masters degree from Penn State. Survived by wife, Suzanne, sons, Chris and Craig, and brother Robert.
