GARY LEON ADKISON, 45, of Duncan, went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, April 10, 2007, in Duncan.
Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Duncan City Cemetery with the Rev. Randy Southerland officiating. Interment will be under direction of Don Grantham Funeral Home.
Gary was born March 26, 1962, in Hobart, to Ralph and Dolores Williams Adkison. He grew up with his family in Duncan and has lived in Duncan all of his adult life. He was employed by El Palacio restaurant. Gary enjoyed electronics, cars, and spending time with his family.
Everyone who knew Gary loved him and will miss him dearly.
Survivors include his parents, Ralph and Dolores Adkison of Duncan; two sisters, Barbara Adkison of Stroud, and Deborah Pickel of Pottsboro, Texas; two brothers, Mike Adkison of Enid, and David Adkison and his wife Nancy of Duncan; his fiancee', Carrie Newson and three stepchildren, Madison, Kevin and Kaylynn; and several nieces and nephews.
