Bobbie Abarr Obituary
Bobbie Lee Abarr, 76, of Billings, left the arms of her family and entered into the arms of God on March 30, 2018.
She was born Oct. 21, 1941 in Billings, the first child of Bob and Doodle (Mellis) Nelson. Bobbie married Joe H. Abarr May 28, 1960, and became a devoted wife for nearly 58 years. She worked at Dunn and Bradstreet for 14 years, then as a legal secretary at Peterson and Schofield Law Office for 25 plus years.
Survivors include her husband, Joe Abarr; daughter, Jolene Music; brother, Chuck Nelson; sisters, Trish Peterson and Edna Onstad; granddaughters, Janae, JoKell and Jadrian; 7 great "J" grandchildren; extended family and "The GOLF Ladies".
A special "Thank You" to all of the staff at St. Vincent Healthcare and Compassus Hospice who assisted with Bobbie's end of life care! You are all greatly appreciated!
Celebration of Bobbie's life will be Friday, April 6, 2018, 10:00 am at Smith's West Funeral Chapel.
