Father: William Winfield Spangler
Mother: Ardella Arminta Spangler
Spouse: Dorothy Ethel Preston
Children:
Troy Allen Spangler Jr
Ruth Elaine Spangler

William Winfield Spangler and his son Troy Allen choose the cemetry location on Troy Allen Spangler's property because the cliff over looked the original Frienship Hollow Spangler Properties, the Friendship Hollow Creek that they were baptized in, and Brush Harbor ( Corner of William & Ardella's property) where everyone attended outdoor revivals. Salt of the earth people living life in the old ways with love of family, land, music, and religion.

Troy created this graveyard while taking care of his father William Winfield Spangler and mother Ardella Arminta Conner Spangler. Unfortunately, the death of his nephew Billie Eugene Spangler at 10 years old would become the cemetery's first resident.

Troy was a very caring funny easy going person. His family nickname was "Cotton Top" due to his curly strawberry blonde hair. I always enjoyed visiting.
