Her father Billy Ray Smith, her half sister, Jayde Smith, and grandmother, Sue "mawmaw" Smith of Concord will also feel the absence of Amy.
She is survived by her aunts and uncles, John Charles Loftin, Becky Johnson, Stanley Ray, Mary Ray, and John Johnson. She is also survived by cousins Ashley Johnson, Wesley Johnson, David and Simone Ray, Ray and Melissa Wooten.
She will be greatly missed as well by her second cousins, Conner Wooten, Pierce Wooten, Caleb Ray, Isaac Wooten, Joshua Ray, and Matthew Ray. Amy has a large extended family that will miss her greatly. She was a sunshine and blessing to her friends and co-workers.
She went to South Point High School, attended Gaston College, where she was finishing her business degree. She was a supervisor at Harbor Freight.
