Dave is the son of Ernest and Stella Clark, he married Sally (Justice) Clark. Surviving children are sons,
Kevin Clark, Ronald Clark, Randall Clark (Paul), all from Spokane; daughters, Linda (husband Keith) Embler of Deer Park, Lynette Juarez (Dale Daniels) of Spokane, Tamara Clark of Deer Park and Kim Martin of Spokane. A son, Mark Clark, preceded him in death in July 2009 and a granddaughter, Jennifer Clark, in December 1974. Dave has two sisters, Doris Clark (husband Buck) of Prairie City, Ore., and Bonnie Lienweber (David) of Seattle. Dave had numerous grandchildren.
