NOTES: Charles and Nancy came to California about 1886-87. Charles was involved in the construction and management of the Hotel del Coronado from 1887-1903. They owned a home on Orange Avenue on Coronado Island. He was elected Trustee of Coronado Island at least twice. Around 1903, he left the Hotel del Coronado to run the Horton House and purchased the famous (at that time) Florence House and renamed it Hotel Robinson. About 1909 the Grant Hotel was built on this site. They had homes in Los Angeles and San Diego.

3) Hubbard Griswold Robinson b. 18 OCT 1892 CA; worked for Warner Bros. as an artist and theatre manager.
4) Charles "Wes, Wesley" Wesley Robinson 3, III b. 09 OCT 1897 Coronado Island, San Diego Co., CA; was a career Navy man and is buried in the Los Angeles National Cemetery.
5) Helen Robinson b. MAR 1899 Coronado Island, San Diego Co., CA; d. 1905 Coronado Island, San Diego Co., CA; buried: Mount Hope Cemetery, San Diego, San Diego Co., CA.
