Elizabeth Burback, a Southeast Portland homemaker, died Tuesday in a Portland hospital. She was 81.
Born in Norka, Russia, Mrs. Burback had resided in metropolitan Portland for 42 years. She is survived by three sons, Robert R. Burback, Vancouver, WA and Albert H. and Herman R. Burback, both of Portland; two daughters, Florence N. Broad and Edna E. Bihn, both of Portland; a brother, Johnstein, Denver; three sisters, Pauline Befus, Longmont, CO; Clara Befus, Loveland, CO; and Marie Beeler, Westminster, CO; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Ross Hollywood Chapel. Burial will be in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by daughter, Irene Mae Burback Gish
