We want to say thank you very much to Rosie Mooch for sponsoring Kitty Cous Cous. This has made her a very happy kitty. Thanks again Rosie. We love you.

Bubba cat was my little brother! We have reunited on the Rainbow Bridge!

Kitty Cous Cous came into my life on a rather hot day in May of 2000 with 3 kittens whom she was busily getting food for in the dumpsters in the alley behind my home. Kitty Cous Cous had no sheen to her fur and was quite thin, but despite all that I saw the beautiful black cat that she was. I ran in the house and got some cat food for Kitty Cous Cous and her 3 hungry little kittens. Our friendship and bond was forged that day.

She would return everyday with her little ones for a feeding and to mingle with my then dog and other cats. At that time I knew a wonderful woman who owned a farm down in Longmont, Colorado who casually told me one day that she was seeking mousers for her farm. I told her about the three kittens that had no home and she offered to take all 3 of them in. We kept in touch and it turned out all 3 of the kittens grew into wonderful mousers and her family fell in love with the cats. I was grateful that they could all stay together and she got 3 wonderful mousers and became a loving mom to the trio.

The black beauty Kitty Cous Cous would return everyday to be fed and after awhile I adopted her. She was just the most loving, sweet cat you could ever imagine. And with all of the good food I was giving her and grooming, she soon was a shiny, healthy and beautiful black domestic short hair cat. When I tamed her into a gentle no longer ferral kitty, I decided to let her become my new house cat. She took to the indoors very well and made the transition flawlessly. The first night I let her come into my home she jumped into bed with me and we slept together from 2000 until she died sadly at the age of 16 of kidney failure. It is now 2018 and I still cry about my lovely Kitty Cous Cous quite often and miss her more than words could ever say. I will never forget this cat and fully expect to be reunited with her someday when It is my turn to go to the other side.
