Cassandra Lynn White, age 21, of Sedalia, Missouri and a former Carrollton, Missouri resident, passed away, Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at her home in Sedalia. Her life was taken. Her soul will long be remembered.
She was born on September 10, 1996, the daughter of William Cecil White and Jackie Lynn (Dollins) White.
Cassie attended Carrollton Schools where she loved playing basketball, volleyball, and track. She worked at several jobs, including: Life Care Center in Carrollton, Missouri, Casey's General Store, and Arby's in Marshall, Missouri, and had also been employed as an inn keeper for several motels. Cassie was a member of the Virginia Street Baptist Church in Carrollton, Missouri.
Cassie loved spending time with family. She loved to talk, so much so, her family had given her the nickname, Gator, because she was always talking and would never stop! Cassie loved children, and always adored babysitting. But above all, she was a loving and devoted mother to her two young children, Joseph Adam Nebergall, Jr. , and Jalyn Ray White. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, and would give anything just to hear her talk, one more time.
Cassie is survived by her parents, William White and Jackie White, both of Carrollton, Missouri; her children, Joseph Nebergall, Jr., and Jalyn White, of Sedalia, Missouri; one sister, Cecilia White; and two brothers, Cedric White and William "Billy Bob" White, all of Carrollton, Missouri; three nephews, Erik Mays, Carter and Alaric White; her significant other, Joseph Adam Nebergall, Sr., of Sedalia, Missouri; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, P.K. and Lois White; and maternal grandparents, Jackie Ray and Edith Dollins; and one brother, Nathan Mays.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., at Bittiker Funeral Home, 1201 Highway 65 North, Carrollton, Missouri.
Funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m. with Reverend Reginal Pete officiating.
Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Carrollton, Missouri.
