Aubrey Lee White is considered to be the "father of Spokane Parks" (Mr. White's occupied as a 'Garden Editor' - Spokesman-Review.) He married Ethelyn Binkley, a daughter of Judge John Binkley in Toronto, Canada in 1905. See: Clarkson family of Toronto. Mrs. Ethelyn Binkley, grew up with two sister's, in Spokane, Washington; Mary Jane, and Ethelyn Louise."
Aubrey Lee White, resided at 608 E. 13th Avenue, Spokane, Wash., and along with his family, they enjoyed the country estate at "Montvale Farm" 5821 W. Rutter Parkway , just upriver-in between "Birchwood Farm" & "Flowerfield", with their gentlemen ranches, next to the Little Spokane River.
