Gary Warren Moore, 53, of Bowie Texas passed away Thursday, January 4, 2018 at his current home in Caney, OK with one of his best friends, Tonya Hunt, by his side.
Funeral services were Sunday, January 7, 2017 at the White Family Funeral Home, with Rev. Paul Moore officiating.
Burial followed at Elmwood Cemetery in Bowie.
Arrangements entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home of Bowie.
Gary was born on June 1, 1964 to Phyllis and Jessie Moore in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Gary was a hard worker and took great pride in the Moore family construction business. He had many stories that he loved to share about working with friends and family.
Gary never met a stranger and had an outgoing personality that made him liked by so many. If you were needing a good laugh he could always do just that. He had a special love for all people and was always willing to lend a helping hand.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Claude Moore, Mr. and Mrs. Samual Adams, his father Jessie Moore, and unfortunately his youngest son Brandon Runnels.
He was survived by his mother Phyllis Leach of Spiro, Oklahoma, children Lindsey Griffin of San Antonio, Lana Hand of Bowie, Chelsea Hobbs of Gainesville, and son Brad Moore of Bowie, brother and best friend Sam Moore and his wife Lonnie of Frankston, TX, sister Gina Moore of Marietta, OK, his 9 beautiful grandchildren, and numerous very special aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends!
Gary will be truly missed by all of his family and friends.
