Anne and Jerry moved to West Goshen in 1959 and raised their family there. Anne was a founding member of both S.S. Philip and James Parish in Exton and then S.S. Peter and Paul Parish in East Goshen. She volunteered at the children’s school and was an active member of her parishes.
In 1976 Anne returned to the workforce where she first worked in her husband’s business, and then in various accounting and bookkeeping positions until she retired in 1998. Anne enjoyed being with family and friends, the ocean, reading, jigsaw puzzles and her Phillies.
Anne is survived by her very loving husband, Jerry, her children, Kathleen M. and husband Scott Webb of Leesburg, VA and their 3 children, son D. Zachary, wife Elizabeth and great-grandson Vance of Shreveport, LA; daughters Rebecca Webb DuVal (Daniel), and great-grandchidren Kaelyn and Everett of Richmond, VA.; and Nicole Webb Griffin (Brian) of Colorado Springs, CO; son James R. Harrison and wife Denise of West Bradford, and their 3 daughters; Erin Harrison Frie (Paul) of Landenberg; Victoria Q., and Lindsay A., of West Bradford; and daughter, Elizabeth A. Harrison of Downingtown, and her 3 children, Andrew C. Finkbohner (Kristen) and great-grandsons Owen and Logan of East Fallowfield; Jaclyn E. Wardrop (Kory) and great grandson Dylan, of Lancaster; and Matthew D. Finkbohner (fiancée Kelly DePedro) of Coatesville. She is also survived by a brother, Richard D. (Jane) of Wilmington, her sister-in-law Sister Ann Marie Harrison, IHM of Camilla Hall, Immaculata, Pa., and two nephews, Robert H. Wright (Carol) of Lewes, DE and their family, and her nephew and wife, Richard I. Wright and Shannon of Blacksburg, VA.
Besides her parents, Anne was predeceased by a beloved son, Daniel G., a brother, Robert S. III, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Thursday January 4, 2018 from 9:30-11am at the SS. Peter and Paul Church, 1325 East Boot Road West Chester, followed by her Funeral Mass at 11am. Interment will be private.
