Aida Esther Overstreet, 75, of Plant City, Florida, born on February 17, 1942 in Cuba, entered into eternal rest on December 23, 2017. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church. She loved her family, and she enjoyed cooking and gardening. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Paul N. Overstreet; children, Katy Noble (Paul), Evelyn Monserrate (Albert), Billy Joel Overstreet (Krista), and Paul Overstreet, III of Plant City; brother, Raul Alvarez of Cuba; and many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family, and friends. She was preceded in death by her children, Bill Overstreet and Mack Overstreet; and parents, Eustiquio and Rosa Alvarez. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, December 29 at 11:00 A.M. at Hopewell Funeral Home, 6005 S County Road 39, Plant City. Committal to follow at Hopewell Memorial Gardens, Plant City.
