Judge John W. Binkley moved to Spokane in 1883, from Tacoma, Washington w/his wife Josephine (Clarkson) Binkley. His canadian cousin Jacob (Reimal/Rymal) Taylor moved with them. The cousins organized the Northwestern and Pacific Mortgage Co. in 1886; Hypotheekbank of Holland in 1896, w/ Binkley.
