Linda Menary ran what was affectionately called by the locals as "The Farm". A nice piece of land where kids could come and have pony rides and feed various types of farm animals. It was also a place for teens to learn animal husbandry skills while building job experience. Linda was like family, My mom, my aunts, as well as a cousin all worked for her giving kids rides on ponies and helping to care for the animals. She was what you would call "locally famous" in the little town of Chatsworth, Ca. Linda will be greatly missed.
