Billie Lynne Beck, 72 of Chestertown, passed away at home on August 13, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Billie was born on March 22, 1945 in Chestertown, daughter of the late William and Helen Brooks Vincent. After graduating high school she attended Goldey Beacom College and began her career as a machinist for Dixon Valve and later as a civilian for the Dept. of the Navy. She had lived in Virginia, California and Pennsylvania, returning to Chestertown in 1994 where she worked as a Meter Maid for the town. Billie is survived by her children, Lisa Cleary, Frank D. Williams, Jr. and Patricia Williams Scott all of Chestertown; sisters, Patricia Rispoli of Virginia Beach, VA and Peggy Osborn of Chestertown; brothers, William Vincent, Jr.( Bobi) of Florida and Robert Vincent (Ava) of Rehoboth, DE; 3 grandchildren, Chris and Jason Cleary and Frank Williams, III and a great-granddaughter, Jane Cleary. A private graveside service will be held in Chester Cemetery. Arrangements by Galena Funeral Home.
