Bonnie was a first-grader at South Central Elementary School and a member of First Baptist Church of Elizabeth. She died from injuries in an automobile accident. Her survivors include her mother, Gwena B. Cox of Elizabeth; her father, Martin Kemp of New Salisbury; a sister, Madonna Cox of Elizabeth, In. her grandparents, Bonnie Nalley of Elizabeth, Ralph Ballew of Dalton, Ga., and David and Betty Kemp of New Washington; and her great-grandparents, Marie and Eli Sweeney of Williamsburg, Ky.
