Glenn Albert Railsback, III, 75, of Hot Springs, formerly of Pine Bluff, died Friday, August 4, 2017.
He was born December 31, 1941 in Pine Bluff, son of Glenn Albert Railsback, Jr. and Virginia Lee Dabney Railsback.
Mr. Railsback was reared and received his early education in Pine Bluff, graduating from Pine Bluff High School in 1959. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1964.
He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Pine Bluff. After he moved to Hot Springs, Mr. Railsback attended First Presbyterian Church in Hot Springs.
Mr. Railsback was preceded in death by his wife, Susan Crain Railsback; daughter, Mary Edith “Edie” Railsback and his parents.
Survivors include his son, Glenn Albert “Railey” Railsback, IV of Hot Springs; daughter, Dabney Crain Railsback (fiancé, Yancey Bailey) of Jacksonville; brother, Joel Railsback of Hot Springs; two sisters, Cynthia Stone (Tom) of Hot Springs and Jennie Cooper of Little Rock; and six grandchildren, Jacob Tyrrell Railsback, Randall Hollis Landreth, Jr., John Leeton Landreth, Susan Marie Milton, Jeremy Edgar Thumann and Samuel Enochs Thumann.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 10, 2017 in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson and Son Funeral Directors with Dr. Lacy S. Sellars officiating. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery.
