In 1900 he was living in Goshen Town. He was Living in the household of his father, Joseph and second wife Hattie, along with Edith P Hammond (daughter of Hattie from first marriage), a servant, and two Packards. [3]
In 1910 he was married and living with Florence, a son-in-law, and others. The son-in-law (son of Florence from a previous marriage) is Horace N Pratt (age 14), with the sons being: Joseph L Beals (age 8), Edward D Beals (age 5), and Robert R Beals (born that year). [4]
By 12 Sep 1918 he is a farmer in Lee City no 3, Massachusetts, USA. [5] Living with his wife.
In 1920 he is living in Goshen with Florence and their four sons. The four sons are: Luther (age 17), Dexter (age 15) [#
