Daughter of Friedrich Christian Karl August, 2nd Prince of Noer. Her mother Carmelita Eisenblat was a commoner, so she had no right to her father's Princely title. However her father was created Count of Noer in 1870, allowing her to be styled Countess Louise of Noer. Married her first cousin, Prince Karl Vlagnali-Handjeri, of a Romanian boyar family.
