Polly Ann Brixey was born September 13, 1948 in Eucha, Oklahoma to Charles and Pearl (O’Field) Sultzer. She passed away Saturday, July 22, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 68 years. She married Larry Brixey October 7, 1978 in Jay, Oklahoma. She worked as a registered nurse for the Indian Health Services in Tahlequah and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Wagoner. She enjoyed Southern Gospel Music. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Pearl Sultzer and one brother, Ed Lee Sultzer. Service will be held July 27, 2017 at First Baptist Church in Wagoner. Interment will be at Round Springs Cemetery in Eucha, OK.
