CROWLEY -- Jerrie Lee Kilgore, 75, passed away Monday, July 24, 2017.

Jerrie Kilgore
Now I can cry and mourn the loss of you, my dear sweet cousin,
Since your cancer ordeal started, I had to be strong for our Aunt Rene, she would cry uncontrollably at times, I would not, I couldn't. At times she would take her anger out on me, there were times we would argue, she would cry, I would not. You always reminded me,we shared the role of taking care of Aunt Rene, now we don't, but I promise to you, I will continue and do my best and every day think of you, she will miss you terribly.

Friday was visitation at the funeral home and Saturday was your funeral. You were beautiful in your mint green gown, your wishes in how you wanted things, was handled beautifully by your kids. Peggy Kilgore Dunlap Poppy Troy Kilgore
Kim Clark Kilgore Lisa Kilgore Howland.
After your services we all went back to your house, family and friends. I loved on Cricket, she is such a sweet doggie, her eyes were sad, as she wondered wher you were. Your presence was among us.

My heart was broken, I wanted to cry my eyes out, but I couldn't, I wanted to be strong in the presence of Aunt Rene and my cousins, they lost their mom.

Today, I wanted to call you Jerri, but I couldn't, we talked about 2-3 times a day for the past 11 months, you would tell me about how Good God is and through all this, you are always blessed.

Her beliefs and strength was a mighty army, her testimony of her Salvation was a beautiful story. She certainly didn't want to leave her family, but she knew the promise of her heavenly journey and her heavenly home.

Your earthly life and the impact you had on me, will forever be instilled in my heart. I won't say goodbye, i will just say, I love you very much and you have moved to your new mansion and home in the sky. For my salvation is as strong as yours and I know that one day we will meet again, until then, please give a big hug to all our family who is heaven with you. Tell them all I love them too
