Frances Elaine Marlatt died Wednesday, July 19, 2017 in Boise at the age of 83. She was born November 2, 1933 in Homedale, Idaho, the daughter of Ennis and Edith (Malmstrom) Moore.
She graduated from Middleton High School in 1952, and began working at Mountain Bell where she worked until 1960.
Frances married Paul Edward Marlatt May 15, 1954. They had two children, Kevin Joel (10/17/1955) and Debra Colleen (01/17/1961).
After working at Mountain Bell, she devoted her life to her children, her two cats Spooky and Bootsie; and her immediate family.
Frances is survived by her two children, Kevin Marlatt and Debbie Duvall; grandchildren: Kristopher Marlatt; Sean, Haley and their son, Jack Marlatt; Sarah and Joshua Duvall; brother-in-law and sister-in law, Harry and Donna Marlatt; sister-in-law, Lois Marlatt; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul Marlatt; grandson, Eddy Duvall; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Ethel and Bud Claassen; brother-in-law, Harold Marlatt; and two brothers, Gordon and George (Buzz) Skidmore.
Graveside services will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at Dry Creek Cemetery.
