Johnny William Beckett, Jr., age 37, of Kings Lane, in Cynthiana, Kentucky, died Tuesday, October 21, 2014, at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center, in Lexington, Kentucky. Born in Harrison County, Kentucky, on April 27, 1977, to Marilyn Sue King Casey, of Cynthiana, and the late Johnny Beckett, Sr., he was a retired truck driver, farmer, woodworker and jack of all trades.

Besides his father, he was preceded in death by his step-mother, Missy Beckett. Besides his mother, he is survived by: his wife, Stephanie Marie Miller Beckett; a brother, Billy (Michelle) Beckett, of Cynthiana; two sisters, Candy Beckett, of Cynthiana, and Emily (Tony Kincaid) Beckett, of Berry; his grandmother, Shirley McNees, of Cynthiana; nieces and nephews, Megan Harlow, Ashley Faz, Cheyanne Claypool, Samantha Beckett, Sarah Beckett and Nathan Kincaid; a great-niece, Gracie Harlow; and a best friend, Timmy Davis.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Ware Funeral Home by Marty Ritchie. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Pythian Grove Cemetery.
