Also called Mable. In 1895, after the death of her mother, Dora Mills, she was adopted by the Cosgrove family, headed by Thomas H. Cosgrove (#181489889), who had married Dora's sister, Margaret (#27445811). This is why Cosgrove is tacked to the end of her name. She lived with them until at least 1920, when she was living with a widowed Margaret, her husband Giles, their four children: Giles, Margaret, Harold, and Frances in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

In 1911, she married Giles Thomas Whitley. She had four children with him: Giles Franklin Whitley (b. 1911), Margaret Whitley (1913-1984), Harold Woodrow Whitley (1914-1976), and Frances Mills Whitley (1919-1991).
After his death in 1920, she married Joseph Theodore Landstrom on June 16, 1922. She had 6 children: Dorothy Elizabeth Landstrom (1922-2000), Barbara Eloise Landstrom (1925-2001), Phyllis Ann Landstrom (1926-1996), Joseph Theodore Landstrom (1927-1928) [possibly #181663515], Alice Lorraine Landstrom (1929-1996), Joan Eleanor Landstrom (1931-1989). In 1930 she would be married to Landstrom but her children from her previous marriage would be living with her, which must have been awkward.

Died on December 2, 1961. Death notice in Boston Globe (https://www.newspapers.com/clip/21450930/the_boston_globe/) read as follows:
