Mr Coon was born in Florence, O., and spent most of his life in this community. He was a member of the W. O. W. lodge of Norwalk.
He is survived by his widow, Clara N Coon, and six children, Mrs Cecil Wolfe, of Spencer: Mrs Ray Franklin, of New London, Mrs Stanley Wright, of Berlin Heights: Amos Coon, of Norwalk: also fourteen grandchildren. Burial under the direction W. L. Pease, was made in Wakeman cemetery. Rev. Lindebeck had charge of the services.
