Her (Margaret Loretta McKain Mescall) single brother (Edward McKain) moved in with her and the children. He never married and supported the family until his death, trying to fill the shoes of my grandfather. His name was Eddie McCain. He helped save the Mescall family after the loss of my grandfather.
