Catherine Ann "Nancy" Stanker (née Woolley) Nov 25, 1921-July 25, 2013, age 91 years. While her birth, baptismal and legal name was "Catherine Ann" all of her life, her father preferred the name "Nancy". She was therefore known, informally, as "Nancy" for her entire life. Nancy was baptized Dec 11, 1921 at St Agatha Catholic Church, 3147 W. Douglas Boulevard, Chicago, IL. by Rev. J. J. D'Arcy. Her Godmother was Ann Keeley. Nancy graduated from Hirsch High School in June, 1944. Beloved wife of the late Robert O., married July 10, 1948 at St. Columbanus Catholic Church, 331 E. 71st St, Chicago, IL.; loving mother of Robert Michael (Kathleen, née Gaughan), James Patrick (Terrie, née Jones), Judith Ann McGowan, Kevin Martin, Donna Marie (Jeff) Sizemore and Thomas Edward (Jean, née Murphy); cherished grandmother of Bob, Sharon, Luke, Jackie, Jennifer, Karen, Brian, Jordan, the late U.S. Army SPC. Jared, Alecia, Kelsey, Katie and Cara; proud great-grandmother of Connor, Caitlin, Jonathan, Patrick, Gabrielle, Ashlyn, Keegan, Cooper, Calvin, Zola, Abraham, Ethan and Blake. Preceded in death by both of her parents, Michael and Winifred (née Reilly) Woolley. Interment will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip, Illinois.
