Born Thursday, April 27, 1950 in Monroe, NC a son of Civil Rights Legends Robert Franklin Williams, Sr. and Mable Ola Robinson Williams. He was also preceded in death by other than his parents, a brother; Robert Franklin "Bobby" Williams, Jr. and a nephew; Robert Franklin Williams, III.
John leaves to cherish fond and loving memories to his wife; Lisa Mackey Williams of the home, one brother; Benjiman Williams of Detroit, MI one nephew; Benjiman Williams, two nieces; Callie Williams and Sasha Willams all of Detroit, MI and a host of cousins and friends.
