Bobek, Clara Rose (Vitti)

Loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and aunt, passed away peacefully at home, with her husband and daughter by her side, on November 24, 2009, in Sun Lakes, AZ.

Clare was born January 17, 1938 in Dearborn MI, where she whiled away her youth, survived middle age in Northville MI, and then escaped to the sunshine of Arizona where she lived the rest of her life doing what she enjoyed most, golfing, attending Diamondback games, and spending time with friends.

She is survived by her dedicated family members, whom she placed above all else, including her husband of 47 years, Ken, her loving daughter, Linda (Dan), her brother Bill (Jen), her sister-in-law Kathleen, and the greatest treasures in her life, her three adoring grandchildren, Lauren, Scott and Jenna Whitaker. Clare also held a special place in her heart for all of her nephews and nieces.

Clare was preceded in death by her parents Yolanda and Dominic Vitti, and her two beautiful daughters, Lori and Lisa, who have been waiting patiently with open arms to be reunited and comforted once again by their loving mother. Clare's generous heart touched many lives and she will be greatly missed by all.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, December 21, 12:00 Noon at Valley of the Sun Mortuary Chapel at 10940 E. Chandler Heights Rd. Chandler, AZ.-
