Mr. Alexander was a retired mechanic and a veteran of World War II, having served in the United States Navy.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his friends, Bill Baker and Lou Baker.
Mr. Alexander is survived by one son, Timothy D. Alexander of Heber Springs; and his friends, including Leonard and Chrissy Duke of Heber Springs, Jessica Duke, and Doyle, Henry, and Norma Digler.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, Dec. 5, at 1:00 p.m. at Olmstead Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Cleburne County Memorial Gardens with Bill Deckard officiating.
