DALE LARRY ALMOND

A funeral for Dale Larry Almond, 34, who died March 5, 1995, at his residence is scheduled for 10 a.m. today at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Sparks Third Ward, Prater Way.
A Reno native, he was born Feb. 16, 1961 to Arnold Dale and Rosalie Albee Almond, and had been a lifelong resident.
Almond was a cosmetologist and instructor at Silver State Beauty College. He was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Mount Rose Fourth Ward.
His father preceded him in death.
Surviving are mother, Rosalie Almond Evans, and sisters, Laura A. Laramie, Tracie Almond Cotter and Brenda Almond McKenzie, all of Sparks; sisters, Natalie Almond Barnes, Dunwoody, Ga., and Peggy A. Hansen of Tremonton, Utah; brother, William Larry of Reno; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and two great-nieces.
Burial will be at Mountain View Cemetery, under the direction of Ross, Burke & Knobel Mortuary, Sparks.
A memorial is being established with Make-A-Wish Foundation, 1755 E. Plumb Lane, Suite 255-A, Reno 89502.
